The interview allows me to get to know you and your business. We will talk about your services and products, who is your ideal client, who are your competitors and where did you came from and where are you heading.
This exercise not only helps me, but also gives you an opportunity to focus and clarify what kind of business you want to have.
All your answers gives me a starting point to create a mood for your brand.
After analysing all interview questions I will set up a mood board to make sure that I understand your look and feel. I will propose a colour pallet that will set a mood for your brand.
After accepting the mood board, I like to work on a few logo concepts using traditionally pen and paper. I generally send around two ideas for you to choose from and, if possible, we will have a call to talk about them.
These rough sketches are a good start to show where we can go and are far from the final design. It helps me narrow the options and focus on a single direction.
Once you’ve chosen a direction, I will start working on a few revisions based on your feedback. Most likely we will go through two additional rounds of revisions before we finalise the composition, font and imagery in the logo.
Finally, I will create for you a brand book that consist of various versions of your logo, a colour palette, a choice of fonts and their application.
The branding design process typically takes 3-6 weeks.
Logo is the face of your business, but it isn’t everything. There are 7 core elements of brand identity. Beside Logo we need Colours, Fonts, Imagery (Illustration, Iconography, Photography), Tone of Voice, Composition and Motion to fully define brand’s personality.
